Customer Q&A
Can I drink it raw?
This product has a high concentration of polyphenols, so you may feel a little tingling in your throat, but you can drink it.
Many of us Spaniards are accustomed to drinking a teaspoon of olive oil every morning.
Please try it.
Is the bottle a glass bottle?
We use glass bottles.
For your reference, olive oil in transparent bottles or PET bottles is easily affected by light, and the oil is prone to deterioration and deterioration. It is relatively cheap and readily available.
At Antologia we use colored glass bottles to bring you healthy olive oil.
There are green and orange bottles, what is the difference? Which one is the hottest?
Different types of olives. The green bottle uses Picual olives. The orange bottle uses Arbequina olives.
The Picual variety is the most popular olive in Spain, but it is characterized by a stronger pungency than the Arbequina variety due to its high polyphenol content.
Picual (green bottle) is recommended for stir fry. You can add healthy polyphenols to your stir-fries. It can also add a strong flavor to your salad.
Arbequina (orange bottle) is recommended for those who prefer sweet scents. Arbequina is recommended for a healthy breakfast, such as toast with olive oil. We also recommend Arbequina, which is easy to drink, for those who have a habit of spooning olive oil to take in polyphenols.
Also, our Arbequina is 100% organic.
Please tell me the production date and expiration date.
The manufacturing date and expiry date are printed on the back of the bottle. The normal shelf life is 2 years after bottling. In Spain, we bottle everything from the early harvest, between October and November.
Can I use it on my face too?
At olive farmers, women use it after removing makeup after showering. It has many benefits such as moisturizing dry skin, preventing aging, and preventing sunburn, but it is better not to use it if you have acne-prone skin. We recommend using a small amount all over your face. It is also not recommended to use cheap olive oil from large factories. Use 0.1% acidity olive oil or something close to it.
We are also developing a new line of handmade cosmetics based on olives.
If I am not satisfied with the product, how can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will give you a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Antologia is an Italian word meaning a collection of excellent poems and masterpieces. It seems that it has not been received for a while, but I found it after a long time, so I repeated and rewrote the review. The bottle has a unique and passionate impression, but the oil has a rather elegant feel. The spiciness that lingers down the throat is proof of its freshness. And when you put it in your mouth, its natural sweetness is delicious and exceptional, so you can't miss the highest rating. As the name suggests, it is an olive oil that will get you drunk with an elegant melody."

"I've always used extra virgin olive oil from Spain, so I tried this one with its impressive bottle. After the fruity aroma spreads, the spicy flavor spreads moderately, and the olives feel the sun. It's an oil. I'd like to simply enjoy the taste and aroma by pouring it over a baguette or salad.
